To implement the "Capital Standardization Development Outline 2035" and carry out the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of a High-Quality Development Standard System in the Capital," the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration has organized the formulation of the "2024 Beijing Local Standards Revision Project Plan (First Batch)," which is hereby issued. Relevant units are requested to carry out local standard revision work in accordance with the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Beijing Standardization Measures," and the "Beijing Local Standards Management Measures," ensuring that the standards approval is completed within 18 months after the issuance of this notice.

The Ministry of Emergency Management plans to abolish 68 industry standards

In accordance with the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Industry Standards," the "Administrative Measures for Emergency Management Standardization Work," and other relevant regulations, it is proposed to abolish 68 industry safety production standards including the "Safety Regulations for Coal Preparation Plants" (see attachment for details) following the prescribed procedures.
