To implement the "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action" by the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and to promote the high-quality development of small and micro enterprises through quality certification methods, a joint effort with Zhiyie Certification Company has been carried out extensively across Gansu Province to advance the quality management system certification improvement for small and micro enterprises. In December 2023, the Zhiyie expert team conducted research and training for small and micro enterprises at Lanzhou New Area Zhenshuo Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou New Area Qindong Jiawo Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. The leaders of the Lanzhou New Area Market Management Bureau attached great importance and accompanied the experts on site visits to the two enterprises.

On January 4, 2024, Zhiyie conducted on-site research for six small and micro enterprises including Longnan Tianyuan Olive Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Longnan Xiyan Agricultural Products Development Co., Ltd. On January 8, 2024, during the on-site research of six small and micro enterprises including Pingliang Jingning Pubing Fruit Trade Co., Ltd. and Zhuanglang Yingyuan Heng Fruit Co., Ltd., leaders from the Jingning County, Zhuanglang County, and Jingchuan City Market Supervision Bureaus accompanied our institution's experts to visit each enterprise.

On January 10, 2024, the Zhiyie expert team conducted on-site research at five enterprises in Qingyang area, including Gansu Zhengde Smart Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., Gansu Juli Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., and Huan County Huanong Fruit Farmers Professional Cooperative. The Qingyang Market Supervision Administration provided strong support.

On March 20, 2024, Zhu Jun, General Manager of Zhiyie's Lanzhou subsidiary, conducted an online quality management system promotion training for small and micro enterprises and provided on-site Q&A.
