Notice on the Release and Use of the New Version of the Certification Certificate Style

To all relevant parties:
In order to further enhance the professionalism and standardization of the company's certification services, and to create a consistent brand communication effect based on industry requirements and market demand, our company has decided to release and use a new version of the certification certificate style starting immediately. The related matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Changes in the new certification certificate style
In the original certification certificate style, "Issuer: Legal Representative's Signature" has been changed to "Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd.".

II. Scope of use for the new certification certificate style
The certification certificate style applies to all types of certification projects of our company, including: product certification, management system certification, service certification, except where special regulations apply.

III. Effective date of the new certification certificate style
All certification certificates issued or produced from April 29, 2024, including: initial audit, recertification, and change surveillance audit. During supervision audits, if the certified customer's certification certificate information has not changed, only an annual confirmation letter will be issued, and the certification certificate will not be reissued.
Our company's certification certificate style complies with the requirements of the "Measures for the Administration of Certification Certificates and Certification Marks" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
