A batch of important national standards released

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved and released a batch of important national standards covering multiple fields such as production and daily life, green sustainability, etc. These standards will play an important role in unleashing consumption potential, accelerating the quality and upgrading of manufacturing, ensuring gas safety, leading emerging and future industries, supporting green low-carbon development, and improving quality of life.

In terms of helping to unleash consumption potential

The intelligent toilet standard can effectively improve the quality of intelligent toilets in aspects such as flushing noise, impact resistance of the seat and cover, water temperature stability, and seat heating, accelerating product quality improvement. Six standards for power consumption measurement of audio-video and related equipment can standardize the measurement methods of power consumption for audio-video devices, making devices produced by different manufacturers comparable in terms of power consumption, facilitating consumer comparison and choice, protecting consumer rights, while promoting industry technological innovation and product performance improvement, and fostering healthy development of the entire audio-video industry.

In terms of promoting the strengthening of the safety bottom line for production and life

Six standards including fireproof rolling shutters, fire alarm controllers, point-type smoke fire detectors, fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems help improve the safety and reliability of related fire protection products, ensuring they can better perform fire separation, fire alarm detection, and guarantee fire emergency lighting and evacuation during fires, better protecting people's lives and property. Four standards for emergency shelters and disaster relief tents ensure that disaster victims receive safer and more comfortable temporary accommodation, further enhancing the important role of emergency shelters in major sudden event early warning response, rescue, and transitional accommodation processes.

In terms of supporting green and low-carbon development

Three standards including evaluation indicators for green manufacturing, implementation guidelines for green supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises, and information traceability and disclosure requirements provide comprehensive and systematic guidance for manufacturing enterprises to establish and implement green supply chain management, effectively solving issues such as uncoordinated, unsystematic, and inconsistent green evaluation indicators for green products, green factories, and green supply chains, promoting enterprises' green, low-carbon, and sustainable development. Four standards on energy consumption limits for unit products of yellow phosphorus, dimethylsiloxane, tires and carbon black, titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigments help promote energy-saving technological progress in related industries, accelerate industrial structure adjustment and optimization, and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.

In terms of improving quality of life

Medical interpretation standards will serve China's medical language service industry, meeting the medical needs of increasing numbers of Chinese traveling abroad and foreign patients coming to China. Three standards including evaluation requirements and methods for indoor LED display screen light comfort and interactive application interfaces for smart TVs help guide the production and scientific use of indoor LED display screens, facilitate the evaluation and management of LED display screen comfort, and enhance the user experience of smart TV audiences.

National standards on citrus canned quality, double-petal red rose essential oil, liquid crystal display devices, and classification of spinal orthoses were also released simultaneously.

The national zero-carbon factory policy is now in effect! United Zhiye provides precise support to help clients seize the initiative in their transformation.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.

For the first time, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have been included in the scope of tiered cultivation for high-quality SMEs.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
