When the leaders of the Certification Supervision Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation released the work results, they stated that high-quality enterprise development is an important path to promote common prosperity. In recent years, the "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action" has shown continuous results. Since 2023, a total of 1,108 incentive policies have been introduced nationwide, providing 32 billion yuan in financial credit support such as "certification loans" for small and micro enterprises, and implementing 370 million yuan in fiscal subsidies; 457 certification bodies have provided precise assistance to more than 30,000 small and micro enterprises, waiving certification fees of 39.6 million yuan, and provided free training to about 350,000 enterprises with 1.328 million person-times. According to statistics, in 2023, the annual revenue of small and micro enterprises participating in the improvement action increased by an average of 10.2%, annual product sales increased by 10.9%, annual profit margin increased by 8.3%, and quality cost control rate decreased by 6.0%, making positive contributions to stabilizing growth, promoting employment, and ensuring safety for small and micro enterprises.
