Up to 1 million yuan! Beijing launches the application acceptance for the Capital Standardization Strategy Subsidy Fund

According to the "Measures for the Administration of Subsidy Funds for the Implementation of the Capital Standardization Strategy," the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration launched the acceptance of applications for subsidy funds for the implementation of the capital standardization strategy on June 3. This year, subsidies will be provided for five types of projects: standard projects, standardization pilot activities, promotion of standard internationalization, China Standard Innovation Contribution Award standard project awards, and standard transformation.

The number of standard project subsidies in 2025 is about 60, including 20 international standards, and 10 each for national standards, industry standards, and local standards, to implement the dual-structure transformation of standardization reform. No limit is set for the number of group standards for the time being. The subsidy amounts are set in tiers, with the highest being 1 million yuan for international standards.

To promote the organization of production, operation, management, and services through standardized methods in society, subsidies will continue to be provided for national and municipal standardization pilot projects that pass assessment and evaluation, with a maximum of 200,000 yuan.

To enhance the city's contribution and influence in international standardization activities, enterprises are encouraged to actively participate in international standardization work. Subsidies will be given for the first time undertaking the secretariat of international standard organizations or technical committees, sub-technical committee secretariats, or serving as the corresponding chairperson or vice-chairperson. The maximum is 1 million yuan. At the same time, to increase the influence of Chinese standards in Belt and Road countries, there will also be selective subsidies of 500,000 yuan for units promoting the overseas demonstration application of newly created standards.

In addition to the above subsidy types, a maximum subsidy of 300,000 yuan will be given to projects awarded the previous China Standard Innovation Contribution Award standard project award, and a maximum subsidy of 200,000 yuan will be given to projects promoting the transformation of local standards and group standards in our city into international standards or national standard projects.

The subsidy application acceptance period is from June 3, 2025, to July 3, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.

Applicant units should log in to the Beijing Standardization Management Information Platform (website http://bzh.scjgj.beijing.gov.cn), fill in the corresponding application form online, and upload relevant attachments, or log in to the "Policy Implementation" channel on the Beijing Municipal People's Government portal website (https://zhengce.beijing.gov.cn) to select the corresponding project for application.
