In 2020, to deeply explore the potential demand for conformity assessment work in key national industries and emerging fields, to discuss the role and impact of conformity assessment work in supporting the construction of a quality-strong country and the development of emerging industries, to centrally showcase the latest trends and research achievements in conformity assessment work development, and to analyze and discuss the problems and challenges faced by the current conformity assessment field from multiple levels and perspectives, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (hereinafter referred to as CNAS) launched an industry-wide paper solicitation activity.

According to the requirements of the paper review work, CNAS organized an expert group to conduct preliminary review, re-examination, and final review of the submitted papers from four aspects: foresight, innovation, practicality, and organization, and selected 9 outstanding papers from them. Recently, CNAS announced the authors of the outstanding papers and issued certificates.

After multiple rounds of selection and review, the paper "The Impact of the Application of Information and Communication Technology on the Accreditation Work Model and Development" by Wang Dandan, Director of the Certification Decision Department of Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd., stood out and won the "Outstanding Paper Award".
