New Qualifications | United Intelligence adds five new service certification qualifications

On April 12, 2021, Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. was awarded five service certification SC02/08/11/12/22 approval qualifications by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. With this, United Intelligence's service certification business scope has reached 17 fields.
The expanded service certification business scope includes:
1. SC02 Construction engineering and building services;
2. SC08 Financial intermediation, insurance, and auxiliary services;
3. SC11 Scientific research services (research and development services; professional, scientific and technical services; other professional, scientific and technical services);
4. SC12 Telecommunication services; information retrieval and provision services;
5. SC22 Household services.


The service industry holds a pivotal position in China's national economy. With the development of informatization, intelligence, networking, and digital industries, many new fields, new business formats, and new service models have been stimulated. Along with the continuous deepening of the "Belt and Road" strategy, new requirements have been put forward for service quality assurance, service standard development, and service performance evaluation.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions").
