The city's market supervision system has formulated a practical implementation plan according to the requirements of "focusing on quality improvement industry by industry" and "emphasizing effectiveness." It will make full use of the "Service Platform for Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action for Small and Micro Enterprises" and the "Million Enterprises Total Quality Management Training Platform" to actively organize small and micro enterprises to participate in free online training. Meanwhile, it will fully leverage the enthusiasm of market supervision departments, certification bodies, enterprises, and other parties to create a synergistic effect, introduce international quality management standards and methods such as ISO9001 into small and micro enterprises through quality certification means, guide small and micro enterprises to establish management systems and operating procedures suitable to their own characteristics, operate effective quality management systems, firmly establish quality awareness, improve quality performance, enhance market trust and customer satisfaction, help small and micro enterprises activate their self-sustaining capabilities, strengthen endogenous motivation, and achieve high-quality development.

Currently, the Tangshan City Market Supervision Administration, based on the industrial characteristics of each county and district, visits, surveys, and self-declaration situations, has selected 57 small and micro enterprises with certain strength and willingness to improve management level and competitiveness through introducing quality management system certification. Through on-site diagnosis and consultation, service guidance, and other methods, it effectively helps small and micro enterprises solve pain points and difficulties in quality management, assists them in establishing and operating scientific and effective management systems, and integrates the quality improvement of small and micro enterprises into the overall economic development, making new contributions to promoting Tangshan's high-quality economic development.
