[Safety Development] United Intelligence was invited to attend the "2021 Xicheng District Property Industry Safety Production and Standardization Compliance Work Kick-off Meeting"


According to the Beijing Municipal People's Government General Office's "Opinions on Further Promoting the Standardization of Enterprise Safety Production" (Jing Zheng Ban [2013] No. 10) and the Xicheng District Safety Production Committee Office's "Implementation Opinions on Further Deepening the Standardization of Enterprise Safety Production," to further advance the standardization of safety production in Xicheng District's property service projects and improve the safety production level in the property industry, the Xicheng District Housing Management Bureau has launched the third-level creation work for the standardization of safety production in residential community property service projects.

Relevant leaders from the Xicheng District Housing Management Bureau, Xicheng District Market Supervision Bureau, and Xicheng District Emergency Management Bureau delivered deployment speeches at this launch meeting. Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the launch meeting and conducted training on the workflow for achieving the third-level standardization of safety production for the heads and safety-related leaders of 140 residential property service enterprises attending the meeting.

Through this training, it is believed that property service enterprises in Xicheng District will take the standardization compliance work as an important opportunity to improve safety production management capabilities, promptly solve problems encountered in work, treat the standardization compliance work as a key task to be implemented effectively, ensure the orderly progress and timely completion of safety production standardization compliance, coordinate daily property service work, and achieve "two promotions, two no delays."

These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
