[ShenCai FeiYang] United with United Intelligence, never separated for a moment

United Intelligence (Jinan) Certification Co., Ltd.

On February 10, 2009, I officially joined United Intelligence, and it has been exactly 12 years since then. I remember when I first came to the company, we were still just an office, with only a few people including myself. Xueyan was solely responsible for scheduling, urging audits, and also worked part-time in finance. Mei Ge and I handled business, and General Manager Tan was our leader, managing the daily operations of the company. General Manager Guo was busy with audits all day and only occasionally came to the company. Every time he came, he always brought an atmosphere of "happy work, happy life." With few people and a light workload, there were always reasons and opportunities for the leader to take everyone out to play and eat.

Although the starting team was small, new people joined every year, and over the years the company formed a state of only incoming employees without departures. Up to today, there are more than a hundred employees.

Since my first year in the company, I have enjoyed company benefits: an annual group trip! Domestic and international, mountains and seas. As the company developed and the team grew stronger, the number of participants on each trip increased. Work is usually pushed by time, so the once-a-year trip became a great opportunity for everyone to relax.

What I look forward to most besides work is the annual meeting. Regardless of the company's size, we prepare for this once-a-year event with a sincere attitude, hoping to present the best feast for everyone and ourselves each time! The fatigue of the year dissipates amid everyone's toasts and cheers.

The premise of having fun is a solid economic foundation, which comes from leadership, the cohesive power of employees, and building a good platform together. We are unreserved when having fun and serious when working. The audit team works diligently on the front line, and the logistics staff are also conscientious. Every employee is striving forward in their respective positions!

In terms of work, over the past 12 years, I have always been stationed in the business position. There have been no major breakthroughs, but I have not fallen behind either, always keeping pace with the company’s rhythm and moving forward. I hope to continue working hard under this favorable situation. Learning more and learning well is now a top priority. Only by solidly equipping myself can I keep up with the company's development!

In the past year, like other companies, our company also faced the big test brought by the pandemic. Due to the nature of the work, frequent business trips were required. Every colleague was not intimidated by difficulties and resolutely appeared at the enterprises needing audits, not shrinking or avoiding because of the pandemic. Other positions also cooperated fully, actively scheduling, ensuring smooth audits for enterprises amid the pandemic!

In such a team, we work happily and harmoniously, actively and unitedly moving upward, never abandoning or giving up. I hope to be fortunate enough to continue towards the next 12 years!

Wishing the company better and better! Wishing colleagues better and better! And wishing myself better and better!

The national zero-carbon factory policy is now in effect! United Zhiye provides precise support to help clients seize the initiative in their transformation.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.

For the first time, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have been included in the scope of tiered cultivation for high-quality SMEs.

In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
