A profound lesson taught us the impact of ISO certification on enterprises!

Qualification certifications are something everyone has heard of, such as the four major systems (Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Construction Quality Management System), Intellectual Property Standardization, High-tech Enterprise Recognition, etc. These qualifications have been promoted in our country for many years, but few people truly value these certificates, only paying attention when they are needed. Entrepreneurs have been reminded more than once to obtain these qualifications as soon as possible, but the effect has been minimal.

Case: Lost project due to ISO three systems

A client company produces mechanical parts, mainly supplying shipyards. Their main products include leak sealing tools, mooring equipment, navigation equipment, sailor tools, signaling equipment, deck accessories, loading and unloading tools, and lifting gear.

In a recent bidding, the other party's tender mentioned requirements for Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, but the client did not pay much attention. First, because they were old customers with some relationship, this bidding was just a formality. Second, they believed their price could meet the requirements!

The result was painful: they did not win the bid! Later, it was found that the problem was in the company's qualification stage, lacking ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certificates — the ISO three systems! This was a profound lesson, showing us the impact of qualification certificates on enterprises!

Recently, many projects on the China Government Procurement Network platform require enterprises to pass Intellectual Property Management System certification. Enterprises with bidding needs should act quickly! The Intellectual Property Management System certification has become a necessary condition for many bids. The importance of Intellectual Property Standardization is self-evident. If there are issues, promptly consult Qizhi Certification.

This is no longer an isolated case. Many enterprises have lost bidding qualifications due to lack of corresponding qualifications, or because competitors have bonus qualifications such as corporate credit rating, corporate integrity management system, and honoring contracts and keeping promises. These qualifications can add 3 to 5 points, and sometimes missing a project by just one point is a huge loss for the enterprise.

The national zero-carbon factory policy is now in effect! United Zhiye provides precise support to help clients seize the initiative in their transformation.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
