Recently, the charity reading room funded by Beijing United Wisdom Group in Kashiboyi Village, Zawa Town, Moyu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, was officially completed and put into use.

Staying true to our original aspiration and bravely taking responsibility, United Wisdom people join hands in poverty alleviation. In 2020, Beijing United Wisdom Group actively responded to the Party Central Committee's major strategic policy on poverty alleviation. As the president unit of the Beijing Enterprise Investment Association, it answered the call from higher authorities and actively put it into practice. After connecting with the Xinjiang poverty alleviation supervision project, through active deployment and arrangement, Beijing United Wisdom Group decided to undertake construction projects such as the children's reading room in Kashiboyi Village, Zawa Town, Moyu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, to contribute practically to the battle against poverty!

Books are the ladder of human progress, helping you ascend the palace of knowledge and open the door to wisdom. In the blink of an eye, the first charity reading room funded by Beijing United Wisdom Group has been officially put into use. The charity reading room is located in Kashiboyi Village, Moyu County, and serves as a village-level cultural activity center integrating cultural activities, party and government education, and technology training. It covers an area of about 60 square meters, with activities including book reading, cultural and entertainment events, party building education, community activities, meeting venues, and multimedia training. The villagers' poverty alleviation is not the end but the starting point of a new life and new struggle. The charity reading room is of great significance in enriching the spiritual and cultural life of Kashiboyi villagers, helping to continuously enhance the endogenous development momentum of the village, and promoting the simultaneous development of spiritual and material civilization. In the future, more children will be able to swim in the ocean of books, transforming endless knowledge into strength to contribute to the construction of a modern strong country.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
