The quality management system audit work of PetroChina Shared Services Company has been successfully completed


On November 12, 2021, the three-day Stage Two audit of the quality management system of China National Petroleum Group Shared Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CNPC Shared Company") by Beijing United Intelligence Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "United Intelligence") was successfully completed. CNPC Shared Company strictly implements the group's epidemic prevention and control requirements, preventing external importation and internal rebound, and maintains a relatively safe working environment together with on-site audit experts. The first meeting of the Stage Two audit was changed to a remote meeting, chaired by the audit team leader Zhu Weihong, with CNPC Shared Company's Chairman Hu Bingjun and heads of various functional departments attending.


At the meeting, audit team leader Zhu Weihong introduced the audit planning and implementation arrangements, emphasized the follow-up measures for this remote audit, and praised CNPC Shared Company's development and achievements. The company had done a large amount of detailed work in building the quality management system and actively rectified issues found in the Stage One audit. The company has entered a virtuous cycle of high-quality development. CNPC Shared Company's Chairman Hu Bingjun welcomed the arrival of the United Intelligence certification audit expert team and proposed two requirements to ensure the smooth progress of the audit: "overall planning and active cooperation with the audit work" and "active practice to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system." Finally, he reiterated epidemic prevention and control and wished the audit a complete success.


The second stage audit was conducted by 12 audit experts divided into 8 audit teams, auditing CNPC Shared Company's Beijing headquarters as well as regional centers and business departments. All audit team members are professional auditors, reflecting United Intelligence's strong talent advantage. Among them, four audit experts are heads of United Intelligence branches, demonstrating United Intelligence's strong cohesion. During the audit, the teams showed rich knowledge reserves, excellent audit skills, and the ability to grasp the current status of the enterprise, receiving high praise from the auditees. Every evening at the internal audit team meeting, team leader Zhu Weihong communicated and summarized the day's audit work in detail. The three days of intense and orderly audit work were successfully completed through the hard work of the audit team and the full cooperation of all CNPC Shared Company staff.


At the final meeting, the United Intelligence certification expert audit team highly affirmed the suitability, sufficiency, and effectiveness of CNPC Shared Company's quality management system operation. They fully recognized CNPC Shared Company's good practices in building the quality management system and continuously improving the system's operational efficiency. They also provided excellent improvement suggestions regarding special process control and internal and external environment analysis. The audit team expressed gratitude for the strong support and cooperation from CNPC Shared Company's leaders and employees at all levels during the audit. Shao Lianqun, Manager of the Financial Operation Service Department, the department responsible for the quality management system at CNPC Shared Company, thanked the audit team for their detailed and comprehensive audit work and professional advice. He also stated the need to face and address problems directly and requested relevant units to formulate targeted next-step work plans based on management suggestions. This ensures continuous promotion of system operation, good service, improved efficiency, value creation, and promotion of high-quality development.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
