GB/T50430, fully named "Quality Management Specification for Construction Enterprises in Engineering Construction," is a certification that almost all companies in the construction industry need to obtain. Why is it that for construction quality certification, it is not enough to only have ISO9001 but also necessary to include ISO50430? What is the relationship and difference between these two?

ISO9001 is a quality management system certification, while GB/T50430 is a quality management system certification specifically for the construction industry. This is where the two are similar.
