United Zhiyie Certification CNAS Review Successfully Concluded

From November 15-19 and November 22-26, 2021, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) conducted remote office accreditation assessments for five key sites of Beijing United Zhiyie Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), including its Wuhan, Chengdu, Tianjin, Dalian subsidiaries and Shenyang branch, as well as the Beijing headquarters. The assessment scope covered six certification fields: quality management system, quality management system for construction enterprises, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, energy management system, and textile product certification. Among these, the management system certification accreditation cycle was the third surveillance assessment, and the product certification accreditation cycle was the second surveillance assessment. The company's senior management, department heads, and relevant personnel participated in the assessment.

CNAS appointed six assessment experts corresponding to the six certification fields to form a professional accreditation assessment team. Based on a series of accreditation documents such as CC01, CC02, CC121, CC131, CC125, and CC190, a comprehensive review of the company's certification activity management was conducted. Due to domestic epidemic control requirements, this assessment was conducted remotely using ICT technology. This was the first time our company accepted a CNAS assessment remotely. During the assessment, our company maintained its usual high speed and high quality style, promptly providing all assessment materials required by each assessor, ensuring the smooth completion of the assessment, and receiving unanimous recognition from the assessors.

During this accreditation assessment, the CNAS assessment team conducted a comprehensive, detailed, and rigorous review of our company's system operation, business scope management, personnel competency management, full-process certification implementation management, and impartiality management. The CNAS assessment team unanimously agreed that United Zhiyie effectively maintains and operates its management system and gave positive recognition and good evaluation of our company's work over the past year.

At the closing meeting, our company's General Manager Meng Yongge stated that in 2022, the company will implement a series of special tasks, actively responding to the opinions and improvement suggestions raised by the CNAS assessment team regarding branch management and certification management-related aspects, aiming to continuously enhance certification capability and certification quality.

We will take this assessment as an opportunity to implement effective improvement measures based on the assessment suggestions, continuously enhance overall capability, pursue continuous improvement, continue to uphold the philosophy of delivering trust and serving development, constantly improve our management level, maintain standardized operation and steady development of the company, and continuously improve certification quality to provide customers with high-quality certification services.
