The year 2021 is coming to an end, and 2022 is about to arrive. Over the past year, which certification categories have been most favored by enterprises? Which categories have made significant contributions to enterprises' success in bidding? Today, ISO Encyclopedia will take you through the ranking of enterprise bonus qualification certificates in 2021. If your enterprise does not yet have these qualifications on the list, you can start arranging them in 2022~
1. ISO Three-System Certificates
The three-system certification refers to ISO9001 certification, ISO14001 certification, and ISO45001 certification. ISO9001 is the quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO14001 is the environmental management system standard developed by ISO, currently the most comprehensive and systematic international environmental management standard applicable to organizations of any type and size. ISO45001 is the occupational health and safety management system standard developed by ISO.
ISO has now become an entry threshold for many bidding projects. More and more bidding projects, especially engineering-related ones, award 4-6 bonus points for the ISO three-system certification.
2. Product After-Sales Service System Certificate
Public tenders often require the completeness of the after-sales service system of bidding enterprises. There are high requirements on whether the after-sales service work system is sound, such as whether there are after-sales service personnel, whether the personnel are sufficient, after-sales service response time (whether after-sales service is provided timely), after-sales fund guarantees, material and product preparation, and whether there is an after-sales system guarantee (a complete set of after-sales service processes), ensuring that the bidding enterprise's after-sales service is timely and complete.
Enterprises certified for product after-sales service usually receive 2-3 bonus points in bidding and government procurement tenders, sometimes even higher.
3. AAA Enterprise Credit Rating
In bidding, the tender documents often require bidding enterprises to possess several qualification certificates to earn bonus points, and the AAA enterprise credit rating qualification is an indispensable bonus item when enterprises participate in bidding.
According to credit rating reports and certificates provided by third-party agencies, enterprises with an AAA credit rating can get 4-6 bonus points, AA rating can get 1-3 points, A rating can get 1-2 points, while other levels or those without credit rating certificates get 0 points with no bonus.
4. Information Security Management System Certificate
The information security management system is established according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard "Information technology — Security techniques — Information security management systems — Requirements", which is developed from the BS7799-2 standard.
Information technology enterprises holding the information security management system certificate receive 1-2 bonus points in bidding and government procurement tenders, sometimes even higher.
5. Intellectual Property Management System Certification
GB/T29490-2013 Enterprise Intellectual Property Management System (Standardization) refers to placing intellectual property at the strategic level of enterprise management, viewing the enterprise's intellectual property management concept, management organization, management model, management personnel, and management system as a whole, defining and striving to achieve the enterprise's intellectual property mission as a systematic project.
Enterprises holding the enterprise intellectual property management system (standardization) certificate receive 1-2 bonus points in bidding and government procurement tenders, sometimes even higher.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
