United Wisdom actively responds to the "East Data West Computing" project and implements the "Dual Carbon" goals

On March 9, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced the list of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects subsidized in 2022. With the excellent service of United Intelligence, Century Internet Data Center Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the municipal financial subsidy in this batch.

The photovoltaic power station located at Beijing Yizhuang Boxing Data Center has a total installed capacity of 194.4KW. It is an important deployment of Century Internet in green data centers. United Intelligence, as the general contractor of the project, leveraged its rich experience and strong technical strength to seamlessly handle everything from on-site survey, plan preparation and demonstration, filing application, material procurement, installation and commissioning, to grid-connected power generation and project acceptance. Through rooftop photovoltaic power generation, Boxing Data Center has realized the comprehensive utilization of solar energy and buildings, greatly increasing the proportion of green electricity used by the data center and making a due contribution to achieving the "30·60 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality" goals.

In recent years, United Intelligence has adhered to the concept of green and low-carbon development, attaching great importance to the intensive, hierarchical, and green development trends of data centers under the "dual carbon" strategic goals. It provides enterprises with suggestions and measures for energy saving and emission reduction from equipment, technology, and operation and maintenance aspects. By utilizing new energy storage technologies and renewable energy systems, it assists enterprises in meeting the national requirements for green and low-carbon sustainable development of data centers. United Intelligence always focuses on the data center building itself and internal facilities, systematically evaluating the "four savings and one environmental protection" performance of data centers throughout the entire process of planning, design, construction, and operation management. It highlights the green performance requirements of the data center's power supply and distribution system, cooling system, and information system, achieving a comprehensive evaluation of resource saving and environmental protection performance for infrastructure and IT systems throughout the data center's life cycle, fully reflecting the unity of economic, social, and environmental benefits.

Currently, the "East Data West Computing" project, aimed at improving the country's overall computing power level, is continuously advancing. United Intelligence is willing to work hand in hand with all parties to accelerate the proportion of green energy use, continuously optimize data center energy efficiency through technological innovation and other measures, and accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development, making a positive contribution to the realization of the "East Data West Computing" project and the dual carbon goals!

The national zero-carbon factory policy is now in effect! United Zhiye provides precise support to help clients seize the initiative in their transformation.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.

For the first time, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have been included in the scope of tiered cultivation for high-quality SMEs.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
