To further enhance the professional quality and audit capabilities of key personnel, and to strengthen the control over typical nonconformity risks in audit files, a training session on typical nonconformity cases in audit files was organized jointly with Zhiyie Certification Company on March 20, 2022. The meeting was held online via Tencent Meeting, with all auditors, certification evaluators, audit program managers, compliance management, and other key personnel from Zhiyie Certification Company attending. According to statistics, a total of 313 people participated online simultaneously.

During the training, Mr. Wu Jinrong, Deputy Director of Certification Evaluation and Deputy Director of the Technical Committee, focused on audit program planning, citing 15 nonconformity cases. He also listed 31 nonconformity cases related to audit evidence collection, scope definition, report completion, or issues related to program planning, analyzing and discussing them with everyone, and explaining typical problems encountered in audit work.

This training served as a timely "recharge" for key personnel. By analyzing and training on typical nonconformity cases in audit files and conducting "case-based discussions" on difficult issues encountered in daily audit operations, it further improved audit business levels and standardized operational behavior. At the same time, it reminded key positions in the certification line to implement rigorously from contract review, program planning, audit execution, to certification decision, comprehensively controlling certification risks, and to provide services to clients with a rigorous, sincere, and professional attitude, ultimately creating value for clients.
