General Manager Meng Yongge stated that as of December 31, 2021, the company's valid certificates increased by 12.2% year-on-year. Director Zhou Haili gave a detailed explanation on the theme "Compliant Operation under the Group Platform," covering recently issued laws and regulations in the certification and accreditation industry and 2021 market supervision information. According to the new version of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation" and the results of "Double Random, One Public" inspections, combined with current industry policy requirements, the company controls audit risks, improves certification quality, and enhances customer certification effectiveness; based on the revised regulations and requirements from competent authorities and regulatory trends, the company adopts risk control measures to ensure compliant operation and safeguard trust. Director Zhou also summarized the company's efforts and achievements in supervision and management of certification audits in 2021. Based on policy guidance, he detailed the company's 2022 compliance work priorities from three aspects: compliance work under the group platform, special activities, and routine work focus, and put forward specific requirements for auditors' basic abilities and comprehensive capabilities to meet customer needs.

Deputy Director of Certification Operations Song Bin: Auditor Training and Management Guidance

Deputy Director Song Bin explained auditor training and management, elaborating on auditor management and new product personnel qualification requirements from four aspects: certification personnel registration and promotion, product personnel qualification requirements, keeping pace with the pandemic, and audit discipline. He fully evaluated personal qualities, education, training, professional titles, work experience, and professional work experience review, improved requirements and processes based on national and industry requirements and peer practices, introduced qualification requirements for various product personnel according to the new auditor registration guidelines, and emphasized certification check-in and on-site audit discipline.
