June 9, 2022, was the fifteenth "World Accreditation Day," which is also recognized in our industry as "China Certification and Accreditation Day." This year's theme is "Delivering Quality Trust, Serving Green Development." On the afternoon of June 9, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized a themed publicity event for "World Accreditation Day." Ji Yongfeng, a member of the provincial bureau's party leadership group and deputy director, attended the event. Zhan Jiubin, director of the provincial bureau's certification department, presided over the event. Relevant leaders from Lanzhou New Area were present, and Beijing United Zhiyie Certification Co., Ltd. Lanzhou Branch, as one of the three invited certification bodies, participated in the meeting.

Certification and accreditation are fundamental systems for strengthening quality management and improving market efficiency under market economy conditions. At the event site, staff from the Lanzhou branch explained certification and accreditation knowledge to everyone, introduced the corporate culture, related business, and products of Beijing United Zhiyie Certification Co., Ltd., distributed promotional materials on-site, and provided detailed answers to enterprises' questions about issues encountered during the operation of quality management systems. They helped enterprises establish and improve quality management teams, assisted enterprises in expanding markets, and achieved high-quality cooperative development and mutually beneficial win-win new opportunities and space.

In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
