To improve the quality of certification audits and the business competence and audit capabilities of key personnel, and to strengthen control over typical nonconformity risks in audit files, United Zhiyie Certification Company organized a special analysis and training session on typical nonconformity cases in audit files for key personnel on the morning of June 19, 2022. The meeting was held online via Tencent Meeting, with all auditors, certification evaluation personnel, audit program management staff, compliance management, and other key personnel from United Zhiyie Certification Company attending. According to statistics, nearly 400 people participated online simultaneously.

This training specially invited Mr. Wu Jinrong, an auditor with 23 years of industry experience, Deputy Director of Certification Industry Evaluation and Deputy Director of the Technical Committee, to deliver an excellent lecture. The session focused on issues related to audit program planning and audit effectiveness, analyzing and discussing these through case studies. It also explained typical problems encountered in audit work, summarized and shared discussion results, provided on-site comments on nonconformity rectification elements and practical control conclusions, enhancing trainees' analysis and judgment abilities.

To continuously deepen certification service reform measures, improve certification bodies' understanding and mastery of regulatory requirements, standardize certification and accreditation management behaviors, and reduce accreditation risks, this training activity was carefully designed based on in-depth research and analysis of nonconformity cases by experts. The course on typical nonconformity case analysis in audit files is risk-based, guiding practical compliance operations through analysis and discussion of real case scenarios, benchmarking references, and nonconformity rectification practices to avoid risks, ultimately achieving good market results.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
