[Group News] Beijing United Wisdom Industry Group Conducts In-depth Research and Planning on Rural Revitalization (Part One)

Beijing United Wisdom Group has always focused on exploring urban development and rural revitalization. In recent years, it has conducted extensive field research and investigations, engaging in broad and in-depth communication and exchanges with party committees, governments at all levels, and relevant departments in many regions. This process ranges from high-level dialogues to devise strategies, to determining directions and clear paths, and then steadily advancing implementation.

From early May to early July, Dr. Chen Yong, President of the Beijing Enterprise Investment Association and Chairman of Beijing United Wisdom Group, along with personnel from Huangshan Jingtian Cultural Group, together with leaders from Huangshan City Chinese Vocational Education Society, Huangshan Rural Revitalization Bureau, Huangshan Federation of Industry and Commerce, Anhui University of Finance and Economics Financial Research Institute, Huangshan Huixue Research Association, and other relevant units, as well as multiple experts, scholars, and professionals, received support and encouragement from senior leaders of Huangshan City and Huangshan University. Under the guidance and assistance of former city leaders, they jointly participated in the first phase of comprehensive rural revitalization research, conducting in-depth discussions and planning, exploring practical and effective path recommendations.

The first phase of the research selected three districts and four counties in Huangshan City and Guangde City, visiting 9 towns and 15 administrative villages. The journey covered more than 2,000 kilometers over more than a month, with over 60 participants involved in the research. They extensively contacted and deeply communicated with leaders of districts, counties, towns, villages, village cadres, new local sages, agricultural enterprise personnel, and new farmers, totaling over a hundred people from various sectors.

The research work initially yielded results, obtaining a large amount of first-hand data and research records, and preliminarily forming a ten-thousand-word research report. The report summarized several typical experiences of rural revitalization in southern Anhui, analyzed the main difficulties and problems faced by rural revitalization, and proposed multiple effective countermeasures and suggestions. The report was subsequently submitted to the Huangshan Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, and relevant departments, receiving full recognition and attention. Afterwards, media such as the Chinese Vocational Education Society, Huangshan Daily, and Xin'an Eye published the full research report, attracting widespread social attention.

After holding talks on urban development with Secretary Ling Yun of the Municipal Party Committee in early spring this year, Beijing United Wisdom Group has been planning carefully, advancing step by step, laying a solid foundation, and accumulating momentum over more than half a year. In March, multiple in-depth exchanges and talks were held with Chairman Lu Haiyan and Vice Chairman Hu Liming of the Municipal CPPCC and other relevant leaders. In April, the Municipal CPPCC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing United Wisdom Group for the first time in its history. The Tunxi District Government also signed an investment project agreement. Subsequently, Beijing United Wisdom Group registered and established multiple entities in Huangshan City, including Huangshan Jingtian Cultural Group. As a special advisor to the Huangshan City Vocational Education Society, Chairman Chen Yong was invited as deputy leader of the research group, and Dr. Chen Yan, director of the United Wisdom Research Institute and director of the Financial Research Institute of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, was invited as a member. They participated in the rural revitalization research conducted by the city vocational education society research group led by former vice chairman of the Municipal CPPCC Zhang Junjie, covering various districts and counties of the city. Recently, Huangshan Jingtian Cultural Group launched the construction of the Huangshan City Hui Tea Culture Platform. This phase of comprehensive rural revitalization research is Beijing United Wisdom Group's effort to deepen understanding of the urban-rural, industrial, and ecological development mechanisms of Huangshan and surrounding cities, exploring how to fully utilize local rural resource endowments, engaging in broad and deep exchanges with relevant personnel at all levels, seeking new era rural revitalization development paths by combining theory with practice, and planning new concepts to promote Hui culture empowerment for rural innovation transformation and systematic upgrading.

The United Wisdom Think Tank platform, affiliated with Beijing United Wisdom Group and serving as an urban-rural planning service institution, has been recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to society as an urban development think tank institution. For more than twenty years, it has creatively planned and guided the high-quality development of urban-rural areas, industries, enterprises, and individuals. This systematic and in-depth research, conducted under the national rural revitalization grand strategy, deeply analyzes and addresses key points and difficulties such as rural industrial development and organizational structure, project operation and team building, cultural refinement and enhancement of "one township, one industry; one village, one product," and integration with urban-rural development. Simultaneously, it engages in in-depth exchanges and discussions with policy research institutions and experts and scholars, combining practice with relevant theories and policies, further improving the connotation and content of the "high-quality development promotion integration" business comprehensive platform, aiming to better coordinate services for government, parks, enterprises, and community development, fully realizing the pragmatic pursuit and beautiful dream of "scientific operation, creating value."
