United Zhiyie Certification Company conducts on-site research on the current quality management status of small and micro enterprises in the Tianjin area


According to the "Notice from the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Quality Assessment of the 'Small and Micro Enterprises Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action'" (Guo Shi Jian Certification Fa [2022] No. 15), the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission organized the "2022 Small and Micro Enterprises Quality Management System Certification Action." United Zhiyie Certification Company, as the lead local participating certification body, implemented the quality improvement support work for 18 small and micro enterprises across five districts in Tianjin: Beichen District, Wuqing District, Jizhou District, Binhai New Area, and Jinghai District, in accordance with the joint document issued by the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce titled "Notice on Carrying out the 2022 Small and Micro Enterprises Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action" (Jin Zhi Ren Lian [2022] No. 1). At the same time, it coordinated the quality of support work among various certification bodies.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
