The Supervisory Board of Weiguan Vision Completed Re-election The Newly Appointed Employee Supervisor Expresses Commitment

On July 10th, Shenzhen Weiguan Vision Technology Co., Ltd. held the first Employee Representative Conference of 2018 in the company's third-floor multifunctional conference room. The meeting was chaired by the outgoing employee representative supervisor Xu Jinping, and Liu Qichang, the Board Secretary and CFO, attended the meeting on behalf of the board.

A total of 10 employee representatives attended the meeting, coming from different functional sectors of the company and representatives from various branches and subsidiaries, representing nearly 200 employees company-wide. The representatives collectively affirmed the company's work in protecting employee interests and safeguarding investors' legal rights. They also acknowledged the hard work of the outgoing employee supervisor Xu Jinping. The representatives offered many valuable suggestions and advice.

The meeting unanimously approved Wu Tongdong as the employee representative to serve as the new employee supervisor. Together with the shareholder supervisors, they form the new Supervisory Board. The attending representatives believe that the new Supervisory Board will effectively carry out supervisory duties, better oversee the company's economic activities, and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the broad investor base.

The newly elected employee supervisor Wu Tongdong stated: I will work diligently and responsibly together with the shareholder supervisors to fulfill the supervisory functions granted by laws and regulations, and will never betray the trust of all employees in the company.
