The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) is a national accreditation body established and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration in accordance with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation." It is uniformly responsible for the accreditation of certification bodies, laboratories, inspection bodies, and other related institutions. China's national accreditation system for conformity assessment has been integrated into the international mutual recognition system. Currently, China has signed mutual recognition agreements with multiple quality management system certification and environmental management system certification accreditation bodies in other countries and regions, as well as with dozens of laboratory accreditation bodies in other countries and regions.
United Intelligence Certification Company became a certification body approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration in 2002.
