　　With the rapid development of economic globalization, corporate competition has escalated to competition within the global value chain. Facing strict regulations from governments worldwide and strong promotion by international organizations, compliance competition has become a new focus for enterprises in the context of economic globalization.

　　On March 11, 2021, the Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress voted to approve the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, requiring the promotion of law-abiding and compliant operations of private enterprises. Thus, compliance construction and management are no longer limited to state-owned and foreign-funded enterprises.

　　To help enterprises improve the professional compliance management capabilities of their compliance personnel and further enhance the effectiveness of compliance management system implementation, Beijing United Wisdom Certification Co., Ltd. will hold a "Corporate Compliance Officer" training course in Beijing from May 20 to 21, 2023. 　　The main audience for this training is compliance management personnel of enterprises, institutions, and certified organizations. The training will systematically teach the "Central Enterprises Compliance Management Measures" and the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System standard requirements, horizontally linking relevant domestic and international laws and regulations, international standards, and national standards, combined with compliance management case analysis. This will enable participants to effectively understand and master the guiding principles, methods, requirements, and related knowledge and experience of the "Central Enterprises Compliance Management Measures" and ISO 37301 Compliance Management System standard, thereby improving their professional compliance management capabilities.

　　This training will be taught by Mr. Meng Kai. Mr. Meng Kai is an expert in management systems in this industry, having provided professional management system training, consulting, and audit services to over 200 organizations. He possesses rich professional knowledge and practical experience in management systems and has also conducted numerous advanced seminars and training courses on compliance management.

　　NO.4 Training Method

　　This training will be conducted via online/offline live broadcast, maintaining interactive face-to-face training features such as homework exercises and group discussions. This approach enables participants not only to accurately understand and master the professional knowledge and experience of the "Central Enterprises Compliance Management Measures" and ISO 37301 Compliance Management System standard but also to effectively understand and master other related compliance management guidelines and good practices.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
