  Recently, Dong Deshan, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) and President of the "China Certification and Accreditation" magazine, along with Vice President Ji Ruihua, visited United Zhiyie Certification Company for discussions and guidance.   At the beginning of the exchange meeting, everyone first watched the promotional video of Beijing United Zhiyie Group. Then, General Manager Meng Yongge gave Deputy Secretary-General Dong Deshan and Vice President Ji Ruihua a comprehensive introduction to United Zhiyie's research exploration and practical achievements accumulated over more than twenty years of development, corporate culture, business positioning, the current operation status of six major business platforms, and the company's future development plans.   Deputy Secretary-General Dong Deshan elaborated in detail on the publishing purpose of the "China Certification and Accreditation" magazine and its original intention to serve the industry, emphasizing the magazine's future role in promoting industry progress. He stressed: "Certification is an industry that conveys trust. Certification bodies with a sense of responsibility and mission should focus on doing their own work well in the current market environment, serving customers and the market. Winners are those who find ways to break through. The headquarters of certification bodies should clarify their direction and positioning and continue to guide branch offices." He also affirmed United Zhiyie's more than twenty years of dedicated development and corporate culture. In addition, Deputy Secretary-General Dong paid special attention to the improvement of technical capabilities in the certification and accreditation industry, introduced work related to industry development and training empowerment for enterprises, and provided targeted guidance and suggestions in response to questions raised by the certification company participants.

  Vice President Ji Ruihua proposed many ideas regarding the magazine's key topic planning, brand building for certification bodies, and the development of integrated media formats suitable for various communication methods based on traditional print media. Especially focusing on media integration development, online live streaming services support, and directions for subsequent cooperation.

The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
