Head down, spring is not over yet;
Look up, summer has arrived.
Before fully enjoying the blooming flowers of spring, we already feel the blazing sun of summer. Time seems to be chasing us, hurry up, hurry up. It’s just like when I urge my child, hurry up, hurry up. In this way, feeling both empty and full, more than half of this year has passed.
Our work always progresses three months faster than others. Why three months? Because the audit plan needs to start contacting three months in advance. For example, now in May, the auditors’ schedules for June are almost full, and July is already mostly booked. If a project comes in later, it will have to be scheduled for late July or early August! So project transfers must be done early to leave enough time for advance planning and arrangement.
A few days ago, I went to a company with Sister Chen. Sister Chen is an office staff member and also an auditor. She occasionally audits local projects in Qingdao but rarely audits projects outside the area. However, recently I have arranged a full schedule for her. Tai’an, Zibo, Langfang, Weifang, all professional audits, which have really exhausted Sister Chen. She said she has been having high blood pressure lately. Sister Chen’s daughter feels sorry for her mother and insists on talking to the leadership, saying her mother shouldn’t be so tired.
That day I got up at 5:30 to catch the train, thinking it was early enough, but Sister Chen had already gotten up at 4 a.m. to organize files, upload to the system, and then hurried to the train station. A one hour and forty-minute train ride plus an hour by bus is needed to reach the company and officially start a day of auditing. What I do occasionally is actually routine for the auditors.
Our colleague Teacher Wang is now at the grandmother’s age. She should be enjoying family happiness at home but still insists on being on the audit front line. Teacher Wang said she doesn’t think about anyone else outside, only her granddaughter. Now to see her granddaughter, she has to schedule, see which day has a half-day free or which day ends early, then go to see her granddaughter. Teacher Wang happily said: The joy brought by my granddaughter is incomparable!
Don’t be fooled by Teacher Wang being a grandmother; her physical condition is excellent. Light as a swallow, walking briskly, she exercises every morning and evening. When business trips become routine, she treats hotels everywhere as home and enjoys life well no matter where she is.
There is also our colleague Teacher Liu. In the first two years of auditing, her health was fragile and she couldn’t handle the intense pace of long-distance travel. Now she has gradually adapted and become one of the main forces in the auditor team.
Teacher Liu told us she hasn’t visited her mother-in-law for a long time. After finishing this audit, she will conveniently visit her mother-in-law. After visiting, the next day she immediately starts auditing a new company. This cycle repeats again and again. One company after another, day after day, traveling outside has become a habit.
I often tell my colleagues that every one of our auditors is really "good." I think no fancy word can compare to the simplest and most ordinary word "good." Good at communication, good at negotiation, good at talking, good temper... They often sacrifice time with their children, parents, and even grandchildren to support our audit work. Even part-time auditors, when I can’t arrange the audit plan, will unhesitatingly take leave to help support the audit work when needed. It is because of such "good" auditors that my work can proceed and the company can grow and develop. Thank you all for being so "good" in our work! I also hope we all continue to be "good."
Tomorrow is another brand new day, full of all kinds of "good" in life! Keep it up! Saying this to everyone and to myself!

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
