The United Zhiyie Certification Company's Safety Development Center was invited by the Health Commission of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area to conduct gas safety training.


  Recently, a major gas explosion accident occurred in Yinchuan, Ningxia, which has sounded the alarm for everyone. We cannot remain only in shock and grief; we need to learn lessons from it and take effective measures to prevent such accidents from happening again.

  Amid nationwide attention to this safety incident, on June 25th, the Safety Development Center of United Intelligence Certification Company was invited by the Health Commission of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area to conduct a gas safety training for hospital, sports venue leaders, and cafeteria managers in the jurisdiction, enhancing their awareness of gas safety prevention.

  At this meeting, Mr. Sun Lianqiang, an expert and senior engineer from the Safety Development Center of United Intelligence Certification Company, explained the importance of gas safety from five aspects: gas hazard characteristics, common safety hazards in gas pressure regulating rooms, common safety hazards in gas usage, gas leak prevention measures, and emergency response measures for gas leaks. Combining real cases, he guided participants on how to use gas safely and reminded gas users to strictly fulfill their main responsibilities, strengthen gas safety self-inspection, and guard against gas safety accidents.

  Through this training, participants received a vivid and profound special lesson on gas safety. Everyone recognized the importance of gas safety, learned and mastered gas safety knowledge, improved their awareness of gas safety, and strengthened their sense of responsibility and commitment, laying a solid foundation for safe gas use in the future.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
