United Zhiyie Certification Company Dalian Branch Holds Audit Work Exchange Seminar


  On July 2, 2023, the joint audit work exchange seminar of the Dalian branch of United Intelligence Certification Company was held as scheduled. More than forty people, including General Manager Wang Na, Deputy General Manager Wang Lin, related management personnel, and auditors of the Dalian branch, participated in the meeting both online and offline.

  At the meeting, General Manager Wang Na of the Dalian branch analyzed and explained key issues and exchanged relevant content; Technical Director Zhang Li of the Dalian branch conducted case analysis on representative issues recently collected; online participants also expressed their views and actively participated in discussions, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere.

  After the meeting, to enrich employees' spiritual and cultural life, strengthen internal team communication, promote team collaboration, enhance team cohesion, and create a positive and trusting team atmosphere, the Dalian branch organized a team building activity. Participants enjoyed the mountain scenery from a height and relaxed watching koi fish under the pavilion, providing a full relaxation and stress relief for auditors who have been working hard across various locations.

  After the team building, everyone gathered around the table to share Dalian’s specialty iron pot stew. The smoke curled up like a fairyland, with clinking glasses and a very joyful atmosphere.

  The quarterly training meeting held by the Dalian branch brought auditors from various places together for face-to-face communication and sharing of business experience, which is very beneficial for future work. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.


Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
