United Zhiyie Certification Company was invited to deliver a presentation on enterprise quality improvement at the "Luannan County Quality Management System Certification Training Conference".


  On July 26, the Market Supervision Administration of Luannan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province held a quality management system certification training session. Liu Junjie, Deputy Director of the Luannan County Market Supervision Administration, Section Chief Wang Zhenlei, and some enterprise leaders attended the meeting.   During the training session, Li Jincai, General Manager of the Tianjin branch of United Zhiyie Certification Company, conducted training focused on the construction of enterprise quality management systems, covering topics such as "establishing and improving management systems, implementing standard operating procedures, striving for continuous performance improvement, and upgrading and expanding the brand."

  Starting from the recent hot news "Opinions on Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy," Mr. Li introduced the six hurdles theory for private enterprise development and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), while also relating to the origin of the ISO9000 standard, its application in the PDCA model of the entire quality management system, and summarized ten methodologies.

  At the end of the training, Mr. Li briefly summarized the process of certification bodies (third-party audits) and explained the roles of inspection mechanisms and incentive mechanisms with examples.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
