Recently, affected by Typhoon "Doksuri" No. 5 this year, more than ten provinces in China have experienced extreme heavy rainfall. The Central Meteorological Observatory has continuously issued red rainstorm warnings, emphasizing that "this heavy rainfall covers a wide area, with large cumulative rainfall, strong extremity, high disaster risk, and significant secondary derivative risks, which may cause considerable harm to the production order of enterprises and the life and property of the public."
To protect customer production safety, on July 31, the Safety Development Center of United Intelligence Certification Company dispatched two technical instructors, Ru Yudong and Zhang Wei, to Xingfeng Street, Daxing District, Beijing. Braving heavy rain, they conducted safety inspections of charging piles to ensure the safe and reliable operation of charging equipment.

The technical team of the Safety Development Center of United Intelligence Certification Company has always been fearless in the face of difficulties. Whether under scorching sun or heavy rain and wind, they consistently uphold the philosophy of "mission must be accomplished," striving to protect customer production safety and doing their utmost to avoid secondary derivative accidents in adverse weather.
During this heavy rain in Beijing, the two instructors received project assignments and without hesitation, disregarding dangers, immediately set off towards their "battlefield" to escort the safety of customers' charging piles.
Charging pile safety inspections involve comprehensive checks of power cables, charging guns and charging cables, charging piles, charging cabinets, and high and low voltage distribution, requiring considerable professional knowledge from technical personnel. The technical instructors of United Intelligence Certification Company ensured the professionalism and scientific nature of the inspections by consulting numerous standards, relying on professional knowledge, and equipping specialized testing equipment.

Due to the cramped locations of some electric bicycle charging piles and the concealment caused by electric meters, the technical instructors fully demonstrated the spirit of "pursuing excellence and fearlessness," crouching down to carefully inspect bit by bit, successfully completing the charging pile safety inspections. It is with such a dedicated work attitude that United Intelligence Certification Company sincerely interprets service, effectively safeguarding the life and property safety of customers and the public, earning customer recognition through actions.
Summer is a high-incidence period for charging pile accidents. Next, United Intelligence Certification Company will strictly adhere to the standards of "specialization" and "practicality," through solid "charging pile safety inspection" services, to identify and eliminate existing safety hazards of charging piles, effectively build a safety production defense line, ensure stable operation of charging equipment, and create a safe charging environment for customers.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
