Focus on 2023 Quality Month | National "Organic Product Certification Promotion Week"


  During the 2023 National Quality Month, to raise public quality awareness, promote the quality revitalization cause, and facilitate healthy national economic development, the State Administration for Market Regulation launched nationwide activities including "Organic Product Certification Promotion Week," "Green Product Certification and Labeling Promotion Week," and "Service Certification Experience Week." On September 13, the 2023 National "Quality Certification Series Promotion and Experience Week" launch ceremony was successfully held.

The production and processing stages of these textiles (such as ginning, spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finished product manufacturing) require qualification certification (SC), and the sold organic textiles must be accompanied by relevant standard sales certificates (TC).

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
