United Zhiyie Certification Company assists Tianmen City, Hubei Province in successfully hosting a quality improvement training session for small and micro enterprises in the apparel e-commerce industry

　　On October 19th, United Wisdom Certification Company assisted the Market Supervision Administration of Tianmen City, Hubei Province, in successfully holding the "Tianmen City Garment E-commerce Industry Small and Micro Enterprises Quality Management System Certification Improvement Training". United Wisdom Certification Company was invited to conduct specialized training on quality system certification at this training session, empowering the local garment e-commerce industry to enhance their quality systems and actively supporting the industrial quality upgrade in Tianmen City.

　　This training was conducted by Zhang Wenxia, a senior technical expert from United Wisdom Certification Company, attracting representatives from 40 enterprises to participate.

　　Ms. Zhang Wenxia is a nationally registered auditor for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, a green product and textile product certification inspector, and a greenhouse gas certification inspector. Since 2007, she has guided many enterprises, especially garment companies, in management system certification and quality improvement.

　　Ms. Zhang explained the core processes of quality management in the textile and garment industry from various aspects including the application of the PDCA cycle, the importance of regulatory decision-making, the importance of objectives and communication, personnel management, production organization, on-site management, and process quality control. The content was rich and practical, with clear, lively examples that were engaging and highly instructive, targeted, and actionable.

　　In recent years, the Tianmen Municipal Party Committee and Government have focused on building a national agricultural modernization demonstration zone, a provincial watershed comprehensive management demonstration zone, a provincial urban-rural integration demonstration zone, a central China vegetable distribution base, a provincial garment e-commerce industry base, and a provincial cultural tourism integration experience base — collectively known as the "Three Zones and Three Bases." The textile and garment industry is a traditional pillar industry, a livelihood foundation industry, a fashion consumer industry, and an international comparative advantage industry in Hubei. The Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Strong Province Office issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Hubei's Textile and Garment Industry," and the Tianmen Municipal Party Committee and Government have successively introduced policies supporting the development of the textile and garment industry.

　　This quality management system certification improvement training for small and micro enterprises is one of the important activities for Tianmen City to build a "provincial garment e-commerce industry base" and to earnestly implement the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Hubei's Textile and Garment Industry." It holds significant importance for Tianmen City's efforts to "refine assistance and improve the quality management level of small and micro enterprises."
