　　The recently held Zhejiang Conference on Promoting New Industrialization and Deepening the High-Quality Development of the “415X” Advanced Manufacturing Clusters pointed out the need to deeply grasp the basic laws of industrial cluster development in the new era and new journey, focus on four trillion-yuan-level industrial clusters with both leading advantages and scale effects: green petrochemicals, new energy vehicles and parts, intelligent IoT, modern textiles and apparel; and four 500-billion-yuan-level industrial clusters with both high growth and radiation effects: integrated circuits, high-end new materials, intelligent photovoltaics, biomedicine and medical devices. More precise and stronger efforts should be made to promote the construction of advanced manufacturing clusters, forging a new path of new industrialization characterized by high technological content, good economic benefits, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution, and full utilization of human resource advantages.
