Security prevention helps improvement! United Intelligence Certification Company's Safety Development Center successfully held a special training on energy safety at Capital Airport


  The Beijing Municipal Safety Committee and the Municipal Fire Prevention Committee jointly issued the "Several Measures to Strengthen the Prevention of Major Safety Production Risks in Key Areas," emphasizing further strengthening the prevention of major safety production risks in key areas, deepening the implementation of prevention and control measures, improving the prevention and control system, accelerating the transformation of safety production governance towards proactive prevention, and continuously enhancing the modernization level of urban governance in the capital.

  Against the backdrop of deepening the implementation of safety production prevention work in Beijing, on November 17, at the invitation of Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Capital Airport"), the Safety Development Center of United Zhiyie Certification Company conducted special training on energy use safety for various departments and key contractors of Capital Airport based on this year's energy inspection work. Nearly 30 people including contractors' on-site supervisors and safety module personnel from various departments of Capital Airport participated.

  Mr. Sun Lianqiang, a senior safety lecturer with rich experience in the safety field from the Safety Development Center of United Zhiyie Certification Company, conducted training covering the background of energy use safety, accident case analysis, sharing of energy use safety knowledge, and suggestions for work improvement.

  Combining his own work experience and professional knowledge, Mr. Sun Lianqiang explained the importance of energy use safety in a clear and accessible manner to the attendees. By focusing on key safety accident cases, he helped participants deeply understand the necessity of energy use safety management, while also delivering relevant knowledge and highlighting critical points that urgently need improvement based on the existing energy use safety management work at Capital Airport.

  After the training, the instructor organized an on-site written test on energy use safety. The overall test results were above 80 points, with a 100% pass rate. This training deeply ingrained energy use safety awareness among everyone and laid an important foundation for the continuous improvement of energy use safety management at Capital Airport.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
