　　"Time flies, years flow," December is about to end, which also means the beginning of a new year's chapter. The year 2023 will be archived, a year accompanied by growth and dedication, risks and opportunities coexisting, filled with fragments of work, audits, meals, and seasons.

　　While reminiscing and continuing forward, I still remember having dumplings for the start of winter, and now at the end of the year, our audit team from United Zhiyie Certification Company has once again embarked on the audit journey.

　　Today's audited company is a high-tech enterprise in the power industry—Liaoning Boji Electric Technology Co., Ltd. This company has won multiple honors and awards such as the "Liaoyang Municipal Government Science and Technology Award" and the "Advanced Collective of Liaoyang Science and Technology Work." The company owns a high-voltage shielding laboratory, advanced supporting testing equipment, and various automated production devices. It is the Engineering Research Center for Dry-type High-voltage Electrical Products in Liaoning Province and the pioneer of capacitor-type polyester insulated tubular busbars.

　　The company has been certified under the ISO9001 quality management system for many years and has established a comprehensive quality management system in management, production, procurement, marketing, and after-sales service. It has achieved automation upgrades of equipment and facilities, standardized raw material suppliers, and systematic product factory inspection.

　　The company continuously improves its quality management system through internal audits, management reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, and corrective actions to ensure that its dry-type transformers, dry-type wall bushings, composite insulated tubular busbars, maintenance-free wind power tubular busbars, and other products continuously meet national and industry standards, constantly satisfying customer usage needs.

　　During this audit, the audit team from United Zhiyie Certification Company conducted in-depth and effective interviews and communications with the management and representatives of various departments of Boji Electric, while carefully inspecting key areas such as production workshops and warehouses.

　　Workshop on-site management level is a comprehensive reflection of the company's management image and spirit, and an important indicator to measure the company's quality and management level. Through on-site inspection of the company, no issues such as "running, leaking, dripping, dirty, messy, poor" were found. The workshop areas are clearly divided, tools and equipment are neatly arranged, and management is standardized and unified.

　　The company's main products are applied in high-voltage power supply systems for energy transmission, measurement, and electrical equipment connection. Currently, with increasing market saturation, to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, the company is seeking and exploring a path of independent innovation and development.

　　From the perspective of quality management, the audit team had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the other party about "innovation." Innovation can be product innovation, process innovation, or service innovation. Measures to address risks and opportunities can be used to discover more opportunities for improvement and innovation in the internal and external environment of the company to achieve product innovation; data analysis can be used to analyze the survival of the fittest among other products and processes in the same industry to achieve process innovation; detailed customer satisfaction surveys can be used to discover unmet customer needs to achieve service innovation.
