1 Management System Certification Fee Standards

1.1 The fee standards are stipulated in the contract based on the specific content of the services provided.

1.2 The workload (in person-days) for certification audits is determined in accordance with international standards and relevant requirements of the national regulatory authorities, taking into account factors such as the size of the applicant organization, the number of certification domains, and the specialized nature of the organization. Specific fee information can be obtained after the certification application is accepted or agreed upon through the contract.

1.3 Audit Person-Day Calculation

1.3.1 The confirmed workload (person-days) includes person-days for on-site audits, audit implementation planning, document review, audit preparation, communication with the client, drafting the audit report, and verifying corrective actions for nonconformities. It does not include travel time for auditors.

1.3.2 The workload of on-site audits primarily depends on the following factors: the size of the organization applying for certification; the number of employees; the types of products offered; the complexity of the production (or service) processes, as well as associated environmental and safety risks; and the degree of dispersion of the workplaces. The specific requirements will vary depending on the particular management system and the unique circumstances of the applicant organization.

1.3.3 For audit projects involving the integration of multi-domain management systems, the calculation of auditor-days shall be based on a comprehensive assessment that takes into account both the degree-of-integration coefficient determined during the review and the degree-of-integration coefficient reflecting the audit capability of the proposed audit team.

1.3.4 Apply to add certification area audits and expand. / When narrowing the scope of certification services during review, conduct calculations based on the actual situation.

1.4 If a pre-review is required, the pre-review fee will be charged separately, as specifically stipulated in the contract.

1.5 If additional review or re-review is required, the corresponding fees shall be borne by the organization applying for certification and will be calculated based on the actual number of workdays spent by the reviewers.

1.6 Within the validity period of the certification certificate, UICC The supervision and audit fees for certified clients will be charged according to the terms of the contract.

1.7 When a certification certificate expires and is subject to recertification, the certification contract shall be re-signed, and the fee standards shall be agreed upon.

1.8 Travel expenses (including meals and accommodation): Travel expenses incurred shall be reviewed based on actual expenditures and borne by the organization applying for certification.

1.9 The daily cost per person is determined in accordance with relevant national regulations and changes in price levels.

2 Product Certification Fee Standards

2.1 Initial product certification fee

2.1.1 Application fee: 1000 Yuan Renminbi / Certification unit.

2.1.2 Registration Fee: Product Certification Approval Registration Fee 2000 Yuan Renminbi.

2.1.3 Audit fee (including document review and on-site audit): 3000 Yuan × Number of human days.

2.1.5 Annuity: Product certification is calculated based on certification certificates, with a basic annual annuity per certificate. 1000 RMB yuan (including logo usage fee).

2.1.6 Product inspection fee: Charged according to the fee standards set by the designated inspection agency for commissioned inspections.

2.1.7 Logo Fee: The logo fee is charged based on the actual production costs incurred.

2.1.8 Other expenses

( 1 ) For each additional site—whether it’s a review site or a production site—in a different location (in a different county or city)—an additional person-day shall be added.

( 2 ) If the audit time needs to be extended due to reasons attributable to the audited party, the additional costs shall be borne by the audited party.

( 3 The accommodation, food, and transportation expenses incurred during the audit (including both the initial review and the supervision review) shall be borne by the audited party (or otherwise agreed upon in the contract).

2.2 Charging time

2.2.1 The application fee is due from the date of contract signing. 30 One-time payment on the same day.

2.2.2 The review fee and registration fee for the first-year annuity shall be paid prior to the review. 10 Pay in one lump sum before the due date.

2.2.3 The product inspection fee shall be paid in one lump sum to the inspection subcontractor at the time of submission for inspection.

2.2.4 The second- and third-year annuities shall be paid concurrently with the supervision and audit fees.

3 Service certification fee standards: 3000 Yuan Qi / Human Day.
