In order to earnestly implement the "Key Points of Industrial and Information Technology Standards Work in 2024," our ministry has completed the first batch of industry standard formulation and revision plans for 2024. It is now issued to you for serious organization and implementation. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Standard drafting units should pay attention to coordinating the formulation of standards with technological innovation, experimental verification, intellectual property management, industrialization promotion, and application promotion.

2. Relevant industry associations (federations), standardization technical organizations, and professional standardization institutions should arrange early, promptly forward the documents to the main drafting units, and do a good job in organizing drafting, soliciting opinions, and technical review of standards, ensuring strict technical review.
