The branch work meeting of United Intelligence Certification Company was successfully held in Beijing


 

On May 25th, Beijing United Zhiyie Certification Company held its annual branch work meeting in the conference room of the United Zhiyie Group headquarters located in the Energy Valley of Future Science City, Changping District, Beijing. More than 70 people attended the meeting, including Dr. Chen Yong, Chairman of Beijing United Zhiyie Group, Jin Piao, Executive General Manager of the Certification Company, relevant management personnel from the company headquarters, and branch leaders and representatives.

The theme of this meeting was "Compliance for Long-term Success, Comprehensive Improvement." Chairman Chen Yong deeply analyzed the internal and external as well as industry situations, providing a detailed interpretation of the group's alignment with scientific management theory, quality management history, national high-quality development and new productivity strategies, and the paths of new corporate momentum and endogenous power. He clarified United Zhiyie's strategic positioning and development path, pointing out that based on adhering to compliant operations and leveraging the comprehensive enterprise think tank platform advantages built through nearly thirty years of research, exploration, and practical accumulation, United Zhiyie personnel must elevate their awareness, fully upgrade their business, closely follow government policy requirements, accurately grasp customer needs, and provide valuable products and high-quality services to governments and enterprises. This is our original intention and mission that we must never forget. Only in this way can we create a better future.

 

 

Executive General Manager Jin Piao, under the theme "Compliance for Win-Win, Steady Progress," focused on three main aspects: industry trends, policies and requirements, the company's compliance and quality improvement achievements, and the tasks and goals for the next phase. He combined the five action plans issued by the competent authorities to comprehensively explain recent policy changes in the industry and the certification company's implementation measures in response to the requirements of the Market Supervision Administration, CNCA, CNAS, and various levels of competent departments. He emphasized the importance of United Zhiyie’s consistent focus on compliance work, introduced a series of recent measures and achievements in compliance management and quality improvement, proposed the vision of building a compliant, high-quality, and efficient United Zhiyie management platform, and outlined the tasks and goals to be completed jointly with each branch in the next phase. Senior and middle-level management personnel including Director Wu Jinrong, Director Li Yan, Wang Dandan, Assistant General Manager Li Ming, and Executive Deputy Minister Si Jianping explained, exchanged, and discussed the core content of relevant policy documents from the competent authorities and the related work requirements that each branch needs to implement recently. During the meeting, each branch conducted in-depth discussions on some recent policy changes in the industry, unifying understanding and deepening comprehension through the exchange of ideas.

 

 

During the work exchange and sharing session, nearly thirty heads and representatives from subsidiaries, branches, and offices across relevant provinces and cities nationwide shared the achievements made in promoting the group’s high-quality products in their respective regions. With strong support from the headquarters for branch regional businesses, whether providing enterprises with professional technical services such as standard certification, green low-carbon, and intelligent manufacturing, or assisting local governments in promoting regional brand certification, quality management system certification for small and micro enterprises, and excellence performance training, all have received high recognition and affirmation from customers. Together, they maintain and continuously enhance the regional influence of the United Zhiyie brand, and everyone is full of confidence about the future. The atmosphere at the meeting was warm and lively. During the exchanges, each branch offered suggestions and advice for United Zhiyie’s development, proposing reflections on future work from different perspectives. Chairman Chen Yong answered the questions raised by the branches one by one and, through explaining the core connotations of the group’s 188 products, required each branch to aim at providing customers with valuable high-quality products, comprehensively promote business upgrades, continuously empower customers, and achieve sustainable development that is regionalized, industrialized, and internationalized. During the exchanges, branches expressed that this "homecoming" felt very warm and encouraging, boosting confidence and strengthening direction. They pledged to unite and work together to strive for the company’s goals.

 

This meeting marks another milestone in the development of United Zhiyie Certification Company. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.


Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
