On April 30, United Intelligence officially received the "Carbon Label Authorized Evaluation Service Organization" qualification certificate through public announcement. As a professional institution for green development and carbon neutrality, it adds important connotations once again, better empowering clients and serving the national goal of carbon peak/carbon neutrality.

Carbon Label It is to mitigate climate change, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote low-carbon emission technologies, and quantitatively indicate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions during the production process of goods on the product label, informing consumers of the product's carbon information in the form of a label, thereby encouraging changes in consumption behavior.

To promote the systematic construction of China's carbon label system, enrich the categories of the carbon label product library, strengthen the international mutual recognition weight of China's carbon label system, and accelerate the market-oriented promotion of carbon label evaluation, the China Carbon Label Industry Innovation Alliance and the Low Carbon Economy Professional Committee of the China Electronic Energy Saving Technology Association jointly solicited carbon label authorized evaluation service organizations and launched product and service carbon label evaluation work.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
