To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on Party history study and education, to promote Party history study and education with high quality and standards, and to enhance the cohesion, centripetal force, and combat effectiveness of the Party branch, on June 25, 2021, the Party branch of Beijing United Wisdom Industry Group of the Communist Party of China held a special organizational life meeting on Party history study and education. Comrade Chen Yong, Secretary of the Group's Party branch, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting focused on the theme of studying the Party history for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. The meeting was hosted by Comrades Li Yan and Yang Jin of the Party branch, with more than twenty branch members and Party activists participating both on-site and via video conference.

Attend Party Class · Promote Party Spirit

In the Party class, Comrade Chen Yong, Secretary of the Party branch of Beijing United Wisdom Industry Group, combined his own learning experiences and work background to revisit the magnificent history of the Communist Party over the past hundred years. Through rich and detailed historical materials and vivid historical stories, he shared learning insights with the attendees. Secretary Chen pointed out that carrying out Party history study and education should be combined with one's own thoughts and work realities, and understood in the context of the current era and background to grasp the enlightenment and education brought by Party history, effectively transforming learning outcomes into vivid practice for doing one's job well and promoting career development.

Study Party History · Understand Original Aspiration

Party history is the history of exploration, struggle, and entrepreneurship led by the Communist Party of China since its birth to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is the crystallization of wisdom of all Chinese people. By studying the spirit of Party history, we draw nourishment and wisdom from the history of the Party's development and growth.

In this meeting, veteran Party member Comrade Zhang Yuanqi led the participants to study the important article by General Secretary Xi Jinping published on June 12, 2021, in "Qiushi" magazine — "Using History as a Mirror, Clarifying Ambition through History, Knowing History to Love the Party, Knowing History to Love the Country" — and gave a detailed interpretation of the legal status of the Communist Party of China in the General Chapter of the Constitution. Through studying Party history, we have gained a deeper understanding of the development of the Communist Party of China. The history of the Communist Party of China is a glorious course of the Party leading the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to resist oppression, establish the new China, carry out socialist construction, implement reform and opening up, and pioneer the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, making tremendous historical contributions. In the process of studying Party history, we should draw spiritual strength from the past and future, be inspired by the predecessors' relentless and indomitable fighting spirit, continuously improve our ideological realm, base ourselves on practice, keep the original aspiration, and forge ahead courageously.

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection that the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party should be taken as an opportunity to guide Party members and cadres to strengthen Party spirit training and cultivation. General Secretary Xi attaches great importance to Party spirit education and has repeatedly emphasized on various occasions that strengthening Party spirit cultivation is a lifelong compulsory course for Party members and cadres. In this organizational life meeting, Comrade Yang Jin first conveyed the meeting spirit, organized and guided the participants to exchange and discuss Party spirit and its cultivation. Each participant discussed based on their own situation. Party members expressed that they will draw strength from the Party's hard struggle, invest with greater enthusiasm in the development and construction of the enterprise, and achieve excellent performance to fulfill the Group's important mission in the national 14th Five-Year Plan!

In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
