In bidding, many companies lose bonus points due to the lack of certain certificates, so many industries pay attention to targeted enterprise certifications, such as the automotive industry, construction industry, and medical device industry. Today, let's talk about which certificates in the catering industry bidding can help enterprises win bids?
1. ISO Three-System Certification

The basic ISO three-system certification can be called the "universal solution" for bonus projects in bidding. It is an entry-level certification suitable for all industries. ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Almost all tenders require the three-system certification. Holding these certificates adds 2-3 points per certificate, showing their high value.
2. HACCP and ISO22000

We often see on many food packages that xxx food industry has passed HACCP certification and ISO22000 Food Safety Management System.
The ISO22000 Food Safety Management System adopts the ISO9001 standard system structure. In terms of food hazard risk identification, confirmation, and system management, it refers to the HACCP system and application guidelines in the "General Principles of Food Hygiene" issued by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The scope of ISO22000 covers the entire food chain process, including raw material planting, breeding, primary processing, manufacturing, transportation, and consumer use, including catering.
3. Enterprise Integrity Management System Certification
The Enterprise Integrity Management System Certification is approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration and conducted by certification bodies. It audits the management technology, business operations, and related institutional arrangements for enterprise credit risk prevention, control, and transfer based on the national standard: "GB/T 31950-2015 Enterprise Integrity Management System."
The Enterprise Integrity Management System Certification qualification can serve as a strong proof of enterprise credibility in government procurement, bidding, investment promotion, business cooperation, and other activities, helping to enhance market competitiveness and bidding ability. Regarding bidding qualifications, in some projects, enterprises holding the "Enterprise Integrity Management System Certificate" can directly gain bonus points during the bidding process.
4. After-Sales Service Certification
Product after-sales service certification is an independently innovated service certification project in China, pioneering a new field of service certification. The certification mainly reviews the enterprise's service capability based on the national standard "Product After-Sales Service Evaluation System" and related technical documents, resulting in a corresponding certification result (star rating). The certification process uses a scoring system, scoring according to standards and relevant factors, with the final score determining the star level.
5. Personnel Certificates
1. Catering Professional Manager [Bonus Points]
2. Nutritionist [Bonus Points]
3. Food Safety Manager Certificate [Bonus Points]
4. Pastry Chef Certificate [Bonus Points]
6. Catering Honor Certificates
"China Green Catering Enterprise" [Bonus Points]
"Top Ten Brands in China's Group Catering" [Bonus Points]
"Outstanding Enterprise in National University Logistics Services" [Bonus Points]
"National Excellent Catering Enterprise" [Bonus Points]
"Food Safety Demonstration Unit" [Bonus Points]
"Standardized Student Canteen" [Bonus Points]
"Excellent Supplier in Government Procurement" [Bonus Points]
Not all bidding projects require all certification certificates to be complete to win the bid. The above certifications can increase the chances of winning bids in bidding, but specific handling still needs to be based on the actual needs of the enterprise!

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the latest revised "Administrative Measures for the Tiered Cultivation of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which have expanded the scope of cultivation by including technology-based SMEs in the tiered cultivation system for the first time. In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.
Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
This standardization effort will provide an in-depth interpretation of the new version of the rules and systematically analyze the significant changes and implementation requirements of the new rules in areas such as audit procedures, responsibilities of top management, evidence management, and risk control.
