What documents are required for a company to apply for after-sales service certification?

Which companies are suitable to apply for the after-sales service certification system?

Any enterprise legally operating domestically can apply for certification, including companies manufacturing tangible goods, companies selling tangible goods, and companies providing intangible goods (services).

Goods are products that enter the consumer field. Besides tangible products, goods also include intangible services. Both industrial products and consumer goods belong to goods.

Tangible goods have external forms and intrinsic quality as well as promotional elements, such as quality, packaging, brand, shape, style, tone, culture, etc.

Intangible goods include labor and technical services, such as financial services, accounting services, marketing planning, creative design, management consulting, legal consulting, program design, etc. Intangible goods generally occur along with tangible goods and also with tangible infrastructure, such as airline services, hotel services, beauty services, etc.

Therefore, any production, trade, or service enterprise with independent legal person status can apply for after-sales service certification.
