Today, the China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) announced the arrangements for the 2022 National Unified Examination for Certification Personnel Registration. This year's exam is scheduled for May 21-22, 2022, with 34 test centers set up nationwide. Candidates can start registering from 12:00 on March 22, 2022, with the deadline at 24:00 on March 28, 2022. After the registration deadline, the registration system will automatically close. During the pandemic, test seat resources are limited; candidate registration is confirmed upon successful payment, on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

Notice on Holding the First Session of the 2022 National Unified Examination for Certification Personnel Registration
To all relevant institutions and personnel:
According to the plan for the National Unified Examination for Certification Personnel Registration by the China Certification and Accreditation Association (hereinafter referred to as "CCAA"), CCAA will hold the first session of the 2022 National Unified Examination for Certification Personnel Registration from May 21 to 22. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Examination Arrangements
(1) Eligibility Requirements
1. Comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;
2. Possess good moral character and professional competence;
3. Meet the educational background, work experience, and other requirements specified in the registration criteria for the respective field.
(2) Examination Basis
This examination is based on the "Management System Auditor Registration Criteria (Revised Edition)" and other registration criteria (CCAA Evaluation [2021] No. 5) and the new certification personnel registration examination syllabus (CCAA Evaluation [2021] No. 6).
Candidates should carefully understand the relevant requirements specified in the registration criteria for the certification personnel in the field they are applying for and the transitional arrangements of the revised registration criteria before registering to ensure reasonable application. The registration criteria and examination syllabus can be found at http://www.ccaa.org.cn/pjzx/index.shtml. The transitional arrangements for the revised registration criteria are detailed in the "Notice on Issuing the Revised Management System Auditor Registration Criteria and Six Other Registration Criteria" (CCAA Evaluation [2021] No. 5) attachment.
(3) Examination Mode
The exam will be conducted using computer-based testing, with a unified examination system used at all test centers nationwide.
(4) Examination Cities
There are 34 test center cities nationwide: Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jinan, Qingdao, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Xi'an, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Urumqi, Chengdu, Nanning, Kunming, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Nanjing, Hefei, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Xiamen.

Note: "Quality Management System Fundamentals (Session 1)" and "Quality Management System Fundamentals (Session 2)" are the same subject with the same validity. Candidates can only choose one session when registering and cannot register for both. If changing sessions, a refund must be processed first before selecting the other session.
"Management System Certification Fundamentals (Session 1)" and "Management System Certification Fundamentals (Session 2)" are the same subject with the same validity. The "Food Safety Management System Fundamentals" exam still follows the GB/T 22000-2006 standard due to the absence of a new Chinese version of the standard. Candidates who pass this exam must complete the conversion training course according to the "Notice on the Conversion Registration Work for Food Safety Management System Auditors to ISO 22000:2018" (CCAA Evaluation 2019 [131]) and the specific requirements for version transition before registration.
II. Registration Arrangements
(1) Candidates from the five postponed exam areas of Tianjin, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Harbin, and Xiamen for the second session of the 2021 unified exam have their exam qualifications automatically extended to the May 2022 unified exam due to the pandemic and do not need to re-register. Candidates who voluntarily give up this exam qualification may apply for a refund. Specific arrangements are as follows:
Candidates requesting a refund must log in to the registration system (http://ccaa.kaoshi.open.com.cn/) from 12:00 on March 11 to 14, 2022, to submit a refund application. Late applications will not be accepted. Candidates applying for a refund must cancel all registered subjects; partial refunds for some subjects are not supported. CCAA will process refunds uniformly 15 working days after the refund application deadline.
During the registration phase, postponed candidates cannot request refunds but may change the exam city or switch exam subjects within the registered sessions.
(2) During the registration phase, candidates complete registration and payment through the online registration system. Official registration opens at 12:00 on March 22, 2022, and closes at 24:00 on March 28, 2022. After the deadline, the registration system will automatically close.
If the number of candidates is too high, CCAA will coordinate with exam service agencies to appropriately increase test seat availability. Due to ongoing pandemic prevention measures, there are many restrictions and uncertainties regarding additional resources. Candidates can log in to the registration system from 12:00 on March 30 to 12:00 on March 31 to check remaining seats and arrange their registration accordingly.
Candidate registration is confirmed upon successful payment, on a first-come, first-served basis until full. Registration website: China Certification and Accreditation Association National Unified Examination for Certification Personnel Registration (http://ccaa.kaoshi.open.com.cn/). After registration opens, candidates should log in to the website and follow the registration steps to complete online registration and payment. Candidates should prepare relevant payment bank cards in advance and enable online payment functions or use Alipay for payment.
CCAA will issue electronic invoices for this exam. Candidates should accurately fill in invoice information during registration. From May 16 to 22, candidates can log in to the registration website to download admission tickets. From June 20 to 25, candidates can log in to download electronic invoices.
Candidates must upload a personal electronic photo during registration. Photo requirements: 1-inch color; JPG format; length-to-width ratio between 1:1.3 and 1:1.5; file size below 35KB. Candidates are responsible for consequences if poor photo quality prevents them from taking the exam.
Candidates must strictly follow the registration and payment process to complete registration and payment. Specific requirements for printing admission tickets can be viewed by logging into the registration website.
III. Pandemic Prevention and Control Precautions
(1) According to changes in the epidemic situation and prevention and control needs, candidates must strictly follow epidemic prevention and control requirements to participate in the exam. Be sure to pay real-time attention to the "Overview of Epidemic Prevention Requirements for National Unified Exam Centers for Registered Personnel" published on the CCAA official website and registration site. Candidates who do not comply with the epidemic prevention requirements of the exam center and cannot participate in the exam will be treated as "absent." Candidates must obey the management of exam staff; those who refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention measures or disrupt the order of the exam center will be dealt with according to relevant regulations; those suspected of illegal activities will be held legally responsible.
(2) Due to force majeure such as the epidemic, if some exam centers cannot organize the current exam, CCAA will process refunds for affected candidates at those centers. Other emergencies will be notified separately.
(3) Candidates are requested to allow sufficient time for entry. Please queue orderly according to the instructions of the exam center staff while waiting, maintain spacing, and avoid gathering.
(4) Except for identity verification, candidates must wear masks throughout the exam.
(5) During the exam, candidates should comply with the local epidemic prevention requirements of the exam center and cooperate with staff for inspection and registration.
(6) When exam center changes or inability to organize exams occur due to the epidemic, CCAA will publish related notices on the registration website.
4. Transitional Policy Adjustments
Candidates who meet the following requirements and cannot register according to the transitional arrangements due to exam postponement will have the transitional period for the registration field corresponding to the exam subject extended to December 31, 2022.
(1) Candidates registered for the first phase of the 2021 unified exam in Shenyang and Hefei exam areas, and who did not apply for a refund that year.
(2) Candidates registered for the second phase of the 2021 unified exam in Xiamen, Harbin, Hangzhou, Xi'an, and Tianjin exam areas, and who did not apply for a refund this time.
Please log in to https://jinshuju.net/f/z5lund or scan the QR code below between June 16, 2022, and June 29, 2022, and fill out the extended transitional period application according to the form instructions. Late submissions will not be accepted. Candidates who do not meet the requirements cannot apply for the extension.

After successful submission, please complete the registration application in the CCAA Registered Personnel Registration and Management System before December 31, 2022.
5. Notes
(1) The exam fee is 80 RMB per person per session. There is only one refund opportunity per order during the registration period. After registration ends, no refund applications will be accepted.
(2) Provided exam times do not conflict, candidates may register for more than one exam. "Quality Management System Basics (Session 1)" and "Quality Management System Basics (Session 2)" are the same subject; "Management System Certification Basics (Session 1)" and "Management System Certification Basics (Session 2)" are the same subject with equal validity. Candidates may only choose one session to attend; please do not register for both.
(3) For questions regarding registration after passing the exam, please refer to relevant registration guidelines and implementation rules.
(4) Candidates must enter the exam room with valid identification (including ID card, passport, officer ID, and soldier ID; candidates from Hong Kong and Macau may use the Hong Kong and Macau Residents Travel Permit or passport; candidates from Taiwan may use the Taiwan Residents Travel Permit) and the admission ticket.
(5) For other unresolved matters, please consult the exam administration unit or CCAA.

1. Exam Room Discipline
To regulate the order of the national unified exam for registered personnel, ensure fairness and justice, and protect the rights of candidates and invigilators, these regulations are formulated. Candidates participating in the national unified exam for registered personnel should respect invigilators, consciously accept their supervision and inspection, obey their management, comply with the epidemic prevention requirements of the exam center, not obstruct invigilators from performing their duties for any reason, and not disrupt exam order.
(1) Candidates should value morality, be honest, and respect each other.
(2) Candidates should bring the admission ticket, ID card, and other required documents, and attend the exam at the specified time and place.
(3) Candidates should present relevant documents to invigilators as required, sit according to the seat number on the admission ticket, and place the required documents in the designated location for verification.
(4) Except for necessary stationery, candidates are not allowed to bring books, notebooks, papers, newspapers, electronic devices, storage devices, communication tools, or other items into the exam room.
(5) Candidates may enter the exam room 30 minutes before the exam starts. After the exam starts for 30 minutes, entry is not allowed. After 40 minutes from the start, candidates may submit their papers and leave with invigilator approval. Late candidates must complete entry and log into the exam system within 30 minutes of the start.
(6) Candidates must not whisper, look around, use hand signals to communicate, make noise, walk around, or cause disturbances near the exam room after submitting papers, affecting exam order, or violate epidemic prevention requirements.
(7) Candidates must not answer questions outside the specified time, peek at or copy others' answers, or allow others to copy.
(8) Candidates must not take exam materials out of the exam room, copy exam questions, or record, store, or transmit exam information in any form.
(9) Candidates should, before the exam starts, log into the exam system according to the invigilator's requirements and prompts, fill in the admission ticket number and resident ID number, read the candidate instructions and precautions, verify the exam-related information, and confirm. If unable to log in, or if there are computer system or network communication failures, or information errors, candidates should promptly report to the invigilator.
(10) Candidates should operate the computer according to the invigilator's instructions and prescribed steps, use the mouse and keyboard to answer questions within the designated answer area and save the answers, and must not perform other operations.
(11) During the exam, candidates must not arbitrarily shut down the computer, adjust the position or angle of the computer display screen, move the mainframe, replace the keyboard or mouse or other external devices, modify the exam machine's IP address without authorization, or insert hardware and install software on the exam machine.
(12) During the exam, candidates must not request the invigilator to explain the exam questions. If there are issues such as incomplete display of question content, low recognition rate, or slow switching, candidates may raise their hand to report and ask questions after the invigilator's consent.
(13) During the exam, if there are abnormal situations such as network failure, power failure, or equipment failure, candidates should promptly report to the invigilator, follow the invigilator's arrangements, and patiently wait for resolution. If the delay in answering is caused by equipment failure not due to the candidate's own reasons, make-up time or re-examination may be granted according to regulations.
(14) After the exam end command is issued, candidates should immediately stop answering questions, and the system will automatically collect the electronic answer data. Candidates should wait for the invigilator to confirm that all electronic answer data has been uploaded before orderly leaving the exam room.
(15) Candidates shall bear responsibility for delays in downloading electronic test papers, missing answers, damage to exam equipment, or errors in uploading electronic answer data caused by their own reasons.
(16) Candidates who fail to log in, answer questions, or save electronic answer data as required, resulting in the system being unable to correctly record relevant information, shall bear the related responsibility themselves.
II. Identification and Handling of Violations
Candidates who do not comply with exam room discipline, do not obey the arrangements and requirements of exam staff, and have any of the following behaviors shall be deemed to have committed exam violations and their exam results for that subject will be canceled.
(1) Bringing communication devices, electronic products not allowed, or materials related to the exam content into the seat, and failing to correct after being reminded.
(2) Not taking the exam at the designated seat, or leaving the seat or exam room without permission from exam staff, and failing to correct after being reminded.
(3) Arbitrarily shutting down the computer, adjusting the position or angle of the computer display screen, moving the mainframe, replacing the keyboard or mouse or other external devices.
(4) Arbitrarily inserting hardware and installing software on the exam machine, or changing the IP address.
(5) Peeking, whispering, exchanging secret signals or gestures during the exam.
(6) Making noise, smoking, not complying with epidemic prevention requirements, or engaging in other behaviors that affect exam room order within the exam room or prohibited areas.
(7) Taking out exam papers, answers, or other storage media containing exam content from the exam room.
(8) Other behaviors violating exam room rules.
Candidates who violate the principles of fairness and justice in exams and obtain or attempt to obtain exam answers by improper means, with any of the following behaviors, shall be deemed to have cheated in the exam and their scores for all subjects registered in that exam session will be canceled.
(1) Bringing written materials related to the exam content or electronic devices storing materials related to the exam content to the exam.
(2) Copying or assisting others in copying exam answers or materials related to the exam content.
(3) Forcing others to facilitate copying for oneself.
(4) Using communication devices or photography equipment during the exam.
(5) Transmitting or receiving items containing exam questions or answers without permission.
(6) Obtaining exam qualifications by forging certificates, proofs, files, or other materials.
(7) Having someone else take the exam on one's behalf.
(8) After leaving the exam room, spreading exam questions and answers before the exam ends.
(9) Other cheating behaviors.
Candidates should consciously maintain the order of the exam workplace and obey the management of exam staff. Those who have any of the following behaviors will be stopped from continuing the exam and ordered to leave the exam room; if violating laws such as the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China," they will be handed over to public security authorities for legal handling; if constituting a crime, criminal responsibility will be pursued according to law:
(1) Intentionally disturbing the order of exam sites, exam rooms, or other exam workplaces;
(2) Refusing or obstructing exam staff from performing management duties;
(3) Threatening, insulting, slandering, or falsely accusing staff or other candidates;
(4) Other behaviors that disrupt exam management order.
If candidates who commit the above violations have CCAA certified personnel registration qualifications, corresponding qualification sanctions will also be imposed according to the "Registered Certification Personnel Qualification Disposal Rules."
