According to the spirit of policy documents such as the General Office of the State Council's opinion on establishing a unified green product standard, certification, and labeling system (Guo Ban Fa [2016] No. 86) and improving the green market system. Establishing a unified green product standard, certification, and labeling system is an inevitable requirement to promote green, low-carbon, and circular development, cultivate the green market, guide industrial transformation and upgrading, enhance the competitiveness of Made in China, lead green consumption, effectively ensure and improve people's livelihood, fulfill international emission reduction commitments, and enhance China's institutional discourse power in global governance. To implement the "Overall Plan for Ecological Civilization System Reform," establish a unified green product standard, certification, and labeling system.

The country has policies, and the market has demands. To more accurately target the needs of prospective customers for green building material product certification and provide higher quality services, in response to the development of the times and industry demands, and following the training in March, another training session on "Introduction to the Differences Between Green Product Certification and Green Building Material Product Certification" is organized. Instructor Introduction

Li Lingling, majoring in Material Processing Engineering, master's degree. From 2008 to 2015, worked in the electronic communications industry engaged in laboratory management, quality management, supplier management, etc. In 2015, entered the certification and accreditation industry, working in a certification body authorized by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in China, engaged in IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification, accreditation, and quality management. Since 2019, engaged in service certification, management system certification, product certification research and development, training, registration personnel management, and capability evaluation in certification bodies. Joined Beijing United Zhiyie Certification Co., Ltd. in 2020 as a research and development specialist in the Innovation Development Department/Quality Management Department, responsible for the research, development, and training of green product certification and green building material product certification. During this period, authored the article "Differences and Connections Between Green Product Certification and Green Building Material Product Certification," which was included in the "China Certification and Accreditation" magazine.

In the future, the tiered system for high-quality SMEs will encompass technology- and innovation-driven SMEs, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative. The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Five departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories."

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
