From April 21 to 23, 2022, auditors Wei Xingming and Zhang Huiqin from United Intelligence (Jinan) Certification Co., Ltd. conducted the initial audit of the three systems for Shandong Mot New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. According to local government epidemic prevention and control requirements, personnel not based at the enterprise location are not allowed to conduct on-site audits. Considering the risk level assessment of the certification scope applied by the enterprise, it was determined that this sales-type enterprise meets the regulation of "two-stage remote initial audit, supplemented by on-site audit within three months after certification issuance." After multiple communications with the enterprise, the audit expert team adopted an online remote audit approach and successfully completed the audit.

After the audit, the enterprise sent a letter of thanks, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the hard work and enthusiastic assistance of the audit expert team. The partner representative, Ms. Chen Shanshan, also stated that the two experts' rigorous and meticulous work style and conscientious professionalism during the audit process deeply impressed everyone.

The "Measures" will take effect from April 1, 2026.

Recently, five departments—the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the National Energy Administration—jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Zero-Carbon Factories" (MIIT Joint [2026] No. 13, hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions"). These opinions aim to tap deeply into the potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrial and information technology sectors, drive carbon reduction and efficiency improvements in key industries, promote a green and low-carbon transformation, and foster the development of new-quality productive forces.
