"1+X" Standard Editing and Reviewing Professional Skill Level Certificate (Primary) Phase 2 Remote Education Class Opening

Article 32 of the "National Standardization Development Outline" issued in October 2021 proposes "incorporating standardization into general higher education, vocational education, and continuing education, building a multi-level training system for practitioners, establishing and improving the professional competency evaluation and incentive mechanism for talents in the field of standardization, and cultivating a professional talent team proficient in international rules and specialized technical skills."

Article 86 of the "2022 National Standardization Work Key Points" issued on February 15, 2022 requires "deeply promoting standardization vocational education and promoting the '1+X' certificate system in standardization-related majors."

According to the spirit of the State Council's "Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform," and through relevant procedures, Beijing United Wisdom Enterprise Development Research Institute has been designated as the teaching institution for social candidates (excluding technical schools) of the "1+X" Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate), responsible for registration and teaching of social candidates in Guangdong Province.

To implement the requirements of the "National Standardization Development Outline" on "establishing and improving the professional competency evaluation and incentive mechanism for talents in the field of standardization," actively implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, and State Administration for Market Regulation on the "Pilot Program for Implementing the 'Academic Certificate + Several Vocational Skill Level Certificates' System in Schools," and solidly carry out related pilot work, the 2nd phase of the "1+X" Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Primary) remote education class is scheduled for May 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Training Purpose

To continuously improve the training path for standardization skilled talents, promote the progress of standardization education and vocational skills education, accelerate the promotion and pilot application of vocational skill level certificates in standardization-related fields, actively implement relevant national documents, cultivate outstanding standardization talents for society through vocational skills education, and enable more standardization talents to achieve socialization. Build a standardization talent pool, with obtaining the Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate as a condition for selection into the talent pool. Vigorously promote the model of certificate-based employment for enterprise standardization skilled talents, standardize talent management, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of standardization skilled talents.

Training Target Audience

This training is aimed at full-time and part-time personnel engaged in standardization work and related functional department standardization management personnel from enterprises with good standardization behavior, units undertaking national and provincial standardization pilot projects, enterprises applying for standardization funding and awards, higher education institutions, research institutes, industry associations (societies), and enterprises and institutions.

Certificate Inquiry

(1) Students who participate in the study and pass the assessment will receive the "Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Primary)." This certificate is uniformly produced according to the Ministry of Education's coding rules and certificate style. The certificate can be verified through the certificate verification QR code or by logging into the Ministry of Education's 1+X Vocational Skill Level Certificate Information Management Service Platform (website: https://vslc.ncb.edu.cn).

(2) Students need to prepare a red-background, bareheaded, color ID photo electronic version (standard small one-inch photo). The photo size should be 2.7cm wide, 3.8cm long, with a resolution of 295*413 pixels, size within 5MB, photo format jpg, and the photo named as "ID number.jpg".

Participants of this study class are requested to fill in the attached "1+X Standard Editing and Reviewing Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Primary) 2nd Phase Remote Education Class Registration Receipt" for registration, and send the registration receipt, student photo, and training fee remittance voucher screenshot to the email: biaozhunpeixun@uiiso.com.

The registration deadline is 12:00 on May 13, 2022. Please remit the training fee to the following account before the registration deadline. When remitting, please note "Training Fee + Student Name" and email the remittance result and invoicing information.
