June 9, 2022, marks the fifteenth "World Accreditation Day," which is also recognized as "China Certification and Accreditation Day" within the industry in our country. Certification and accreditation are fundamental systems for strengthening quality management and improving market efficiency under market economy conditions. They serve green development and support ecological civilization construction. This is the honorable mission assigned to certification and accreditation work in the new era. The Party Central Committee and the State Council emphasize the strategic, fundamental, and leading role of certification and accreditation in advancing ecological civilization system reform, developing a green, low-carbon, and circular economy, and achieving the major strategic decisions of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality." They innovate the construction of the ecological civilization system, guide green production and green consumption, and comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of green development.
To thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, actively promote certification, accreditation, inspection, and testing work, and in line with this year's international theme for "World Accreditation Day" — "Accreditation: Promoting Economic and Environmental Sustainability," the State Administration for Market Regulation (Certification and Accreditation Administration) held an event at 10 a.m. on June 9 via online video conference live broadcast. The domestic theme of the event was "Certification, Accreditation, Inspection, and Testing: Delivering Quality Trust and Serving Green Development."
To cooperate with the State Administration for Market Regulation in organizing the fifteenth "World Accreditation Day" event, fully play the role of serving the industry, members, and practitioners, and build an industry-shared conformity assessment exchange platform, the China Certification and Accreditation Association plans to use the "CCAA 'Yi' Live" public welfare platform to hold the second session of a series of online public welfare live broadcasts on the afternoon of June 9. The event theme is "Good Practices in Remote Auditing Exchange." The content includes remote audit requirements from international organizations and accreditation bodies, the background and focus points of the group standard revision for the "Remote Audit Guide for Certification Bodies," discussions on digital remote auditing, and good practices of remote auditing by certification bodies.
On the occasion of the 15th "World Accreditation Day," United Intelligence Certification Company actively responded to the "World Accreditation Day" event organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation. The company posted international and domestic theme posters of "World Accreditation Day" in prominent locations and organized relevant departments and personnel such as the Certification Operations Department and Quality Management Department to actively participate in the China Certification and Accreditation Association's "CCAA 'Yi' Live" event. This builds a credit-oriented business environment, delivers quality trust, and serves green development.

To vigorously promote the positive achievements of certification and accreditation in serving green development and further expand its broad application, providing strong support for the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, United Intelligence Certification Company conducts various forms of full-staff training to improve internal skills, strengthen quality, and enhance capabilities. Through internal audits, management reviews, and external audits, the company continuously improves the operation level of the quality system to achieve continuous improvement. It strictly implements the work style of "strict, true, detailed, practical, and fast," focusing on serving green development, continuously highlighting the functions of quality management as a "health certificate," market economy as a "credit certificate," and international trade as a "passport." This empowers green development and the "dual carbon" work, fully leveraging the supporting, leading, and service roles of certification and accreditation. It contributes to deeply promoting ecological environmental protection and green high-quality development, the green transformation of the economy and society, and the modernization of an ecological environment where humans and nature coexist harmoniously.

Based on the strategic plan proposed by the headquarters, United Zhiye takes the upgrade of its product system as a key driver to build a three-tiered business structure—comprising “zero-carbon factory solutions + carbon-related products + integrated comprehensive services”—and thereby develop end-to-end service capabilities. The original enterprise’s integrated approach to low-carbon development has been upgraded to an integrated approach to zero-carbon development, which we regard as a milestone event. While the zero-carbon factory business focuses on deepening engagement in the manufacturing sector, the integrated approach to zero-carbon enterprise development transcends industry boundaries, extending its reach to the service sector and thus covering a broader scope of services.
